Tom & Lisa Gray met as Air Traffic Controllers in the early 1990’s and have been married for over 20 years. After having kids, Lisa went back to school to become a Marriage and Family Therapist and has been licensed since 2007. Since 2009, she has employed Associates in her private practice and Tom has been her “office manager”, assisting with all the financial and tax details required. They also owned a yoga studio for four years, and Tom is a subject matter expert on software for the Federal Aviation Administration.
